📋 What you'll need: Chrome or Edge browser, and about 2 minutes
1 Download the Extension
Download the extension package from your IT team or shared drive:
- Contact your IT department or team lead to get the
vanaways-extension.zip file
- Save it somewhere easy to find (like your Downloads folder)
- Extract the ZIP file (right-click → "Extract All" on Windows, or double-click on Mac)
2 Install in Chrome/Edge
- Open Chrome or Edge browser
- Go to
chrome://extensions (Chrome) or edge://extensions (Edge)
- Turn on "Developer mode" in the top-right corner
- Click "Load unpacked"
- Select the
extension folder you extracted in Step 1
- You should see "Vanaways Access Extension" appear in your extensions list
3 Verify It's Working
- Look for the extension icon in your browser toolbar (you may need to click the puzzle piece icon to see it)
- Pin it to your toolbar for easy access
- Go back to the CRM access page and try again
⚠️ Important: You only need to install this extension once. It will stay in your browser unless you remove it.
